Enhanced and Legacy requirements are not interchangeable
Rockstar lists both editions on the same support page, but Enhanced asks for substantially newer hardware and SSD storage. Confirm which executable and version you intend to use before comparing a PC or GPU. A machine meeting the old Legacy recommendation is not automatically an Enhanced recommendation.
The recommended Enhanced row also specifies 16 GB of dual-channel memory and a DirectStorage-compatible drive. Buying only the GPU while ignoring an old processor, single-channel memory or slow storage can produce a system that does not reflect Rockstar's complete row.
Choose mouse controls for driving and open-world shortcuts
GTA combines on-foot aiming, driving, menus and many situational actions. A versatile ergonomic mouse with extra programmable controls can be more useful than the lowest possible esports weight. The benefit depends on how you map actions and whether you switch to a controller for vehicles.
